Event commences at 9am., and ends at 5pm., with Pilots' briefing at 9.30am., flying to begin at 10 am. It takes place at the Haverfordwest Model Club Site, Templeton, on the MOD Site at Templeton Airfield situated on the A4115 road about half a mile or so out of Templeton, on the left hand side. The site has a large grass landing strip. There is free parking available, and entry is free. Please feel free to bring friends and family as it is sure to be an enjoyable day out.
RC Fixed wing, Electric, Scale, Gas Turbine, RC Helicopters all welcome. Pilots to provide proof of BMFA Membership or other suitable Insurance. Noise limit imposed of BMFA guideline of 82 Decibel maximum.
There will be refreshments in the way of 'Daps Baps' Burger Van, and 'Tiny Treasures and Tasty Treats' Ice Cream Van, and there will be a Portable Loo available on site. A Raffle will be held. There will also be a Swapmeet, so bring along RC Flying related items you wish to move on, and some cash in case you want to buy any models, etc.
Some of the local Royal Air Force Air Cadets will be present this year, and with this year being the Centenary of the beginning of the RAF, it would be lovely to see a good range of RAF Models on show and in the air. If you know anyone interested in joining the Royal Air Force Air Cadets, you're very welcome to bring them along to introduce themselves.

Haverfordwest Model Club.
HMC Templeton flying site has been declared a noise sensitive area, and as such all models intending to fly will be noise tested to ensure they comply with DoE and BMFA standards.
There will be changes/additions to club rules which are currently being drawn up by the chairman and will be communicated to members via email or snail mail and will be entered on the website as soon as they are to hand.
Changes have now been made to the rules. Those rules affected are 1b,2a and 2b and changes have been entered with red text to aid identification.
The normal club meeting scheduled for Setember 11th is, due to the proceedings at the E.G.M., hereby cancelled.
